Worn from 28 June 1968 to October 1995, the 122nd Army Reserve Command
The colors, diamond, and star are all suggested by the design of the state flag of Arkansas, home of the Command for its entire existence. Additionally, the diamond is also a reference to the Arkansas diamond mine, the only such mine in the United States. The blue star is also an emblem of command authority and leadership.
In 1995, the 122nd Army Reserve Command was redesignated the 90th Regional Readiness Command.
